These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Signal Sport website, web application, content, tools, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing any subscription or plan, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Signal Social Guidelines, Responsible Gambling Statement, and DMCA Policy (together, the "Agreements").

If you do not agree with any part of the Agreements, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Signal Sport is a sports betting workspace and information tool. We provide organizational tools, analytics, educational content, and Signal Social discussion spaces focused on sports and betting strategy.

No Sportsbook: Signal Sport is not a sportsbook, casino, or gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, hold player funds, or settle bets.
No Financial Advice: Information, analysis, and projections provided on the Service are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.
Risk of Loss: Any wagers you choose to place with third‑party operators are entirely your own decision and at your own risk.
Past Performance, No Guarantee: Any historical results, records, ROI charts, leaderboards, or win‑rates shown on the Service are for illustrative and educational purposes only and do not guarantee or imply any future results.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to create an account or use the Service.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.
We do not represent or warrant that the Service is appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction, and we may (but are not obligated to) restrict or limit access where we believe use would be unlawful or where we are required to do so by law or regulation.

3. Account Registration, Identity & Security

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep this information up to date.
No Anonymous Posting: Anonymous or pseudonymous posting that is designed to conceal your identity from Signal Sport is not allowed. All posts, messages, bets, and other user‑generated content are tied to your registered account.
One Individual, One Account: You may maintain only one active account unless we explicitly authorize otherwise in writing.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
Notification of Breach: You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & No‑Refund Policy

Signal Sport may offer free and paid plans. Additional plan details may be presented to you at checkout or within your account settings.

Billing Authorization: By starting a paid subscription, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes until you cancel.
Auto‑Renewal: Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods until cancelled by you through your account settings or by contacting support with sufficient notice before the next renewal date.
No Refunds for Dissatisfaction: Because you gain immediate access to digital content, tools, and Signal Social features, all fees are non‑refundable except as expressly provided in the Refund Policy. We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- dissatisfaction with the Service or its features,
- disagreement with analysis or predictions,
- losses incurred from your sports betting decisions,
- changes in your personal circumstances, or
- unused time remaining in your billing period.
Service Failure Exception Only: The only potential exception to the no‑refund rule is a verifiable, material technical failure on our part that prevents you from accessing the core paid features you purchased for a substantial, continuous period, as further detailed in the Refund Policy. Any such refund or credit is at our sole discretion.

4A. License, Personal Use Only & Content Sharing Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with the Agreements and payment of all applicable fees, Signal Sport grants you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non‑commercial use.

No Redistribution of Picks or Content: You may not copy, screenshot, record, scrape, export, publicly post, share, or otherwise redistribute any predictions, picks, AI outputs, models, tools, analytics, or other proprietary content from the Service outside of Signal Sport, including but not limited to posting on social media, group chats, Discord servers, forums, or paid or free “pick selling” services.
No Running Predictions for Others: You may not use your account to systematically run predictions, generate content, or otherwise use the Service on behalf of or for the benefit of third parties (for example, “clients,” paying customers, or a betting group), whether or not you are paid for doing so.
No Resale or Commercial Use: Except with our prior written permission, you may not resell access to the Service, use the Service to operate a competing product, or use the Service in any way that has the purpose or effect of replacing or replicating a paid subscription for another person or entity.
Single‑User Account: Each account is intended for use by a single natural person. You may not share your login credentials with others or permit others to access the Service through your account.

Violations of this section are considered a material breach of the Agreements and may result in immediate content removal, rate‑limiting or throttling of your access, suspension or permanent ban of your account, and other remedies available to us under applicable law. Consistent with our Refund Policy, such actions do not entitle you to any refund or credit.

5. Account Suspension, Deactivation & Termination

Our Rights: We may suspend, limit, or permanently deactivate your account, with or without notice, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected abuse (including sharing or redistributing Signal Sport predictions or tools outside the Service or running predictions for others), violation of the Agreements, legal or regulatory concerns, non‑payment, or behavior we reasonably deem harmful to the Service or other users.
No Refund on Termination: If your account is suspended or terminated by us for any reason, you are not entitled to any refund or credit for amounts already paid, including any unused portion of a subscription.
Ban Consequences: If your account is permanently banned, you may lose access to all data, history, and Signal Social features associated with the account, and you may be prohibited from creating new accounts or accessing the Service in the future. We are not liable for any loss or harm you may experience as a result of such suspension or ban.
Your Right to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will only take effect at the end of the then‑current billing period, and no pro‑rated refunds will be issued.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or otherwise harm any individual or group.
Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, excessively violent, or otherwise inappropriate for a sports betting workspace.
Share or solicit insider or non‑public information in violation of any law or contractual obligation.
Post spam, advertisements, phishing links, or solicitations without our prior written approval.
Impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service or extract data, except as expressly permitted via documented APIs.
Sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit predictions, picks, or other outputs from the Service, or hold yourself out as selling or re‑broadcasting Signal Sport’s proprietary picks, without our prior written consent.
Use the Service to run predictions at scale for third parties (for example, a betting syndicate, a Discord or Telegram group, or paid “VIP” or “lock” services), whether or not you receive compensation.

Violations of this section may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, without refund.

7. Signal Social Content & No Anonymous Posting

Attribution: All posts, comments, shared bets, and messages you submit are associated with your user account. We do not permit truly anonymous posting within Signal Social areas.
Content License: By submitting content, you grant Signal Sport a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving the Service.
Moderation: We may remove, edit, or restrict access to any content at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe it violates the Agreements or applicable law, or if we deem it inconsistent with the purpose and tone of Signal Social.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, images, logos, and other content, is owned or licensed by Signal Sport and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

9. Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Outcomes: Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction, analysis, or recommendation, nor do we guarantee that you will profit from any betting strategy.
"As Is" and "As Available": The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.
Third‑Party Services: We are not responsible for the actions, services, or content of any third‑party operators, websites, or tools you may interact with as a result of using our Service.
No Professional Advice: Nothing on the Service is intended to constitute, and should not be relied upon as, financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating your own circumstances and, where appropriate, seeking advice from a qualified professional.
Past Performance & User Records: Any historical performance, user records, leaderboards, examples, or case studies shown on the Service are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise, guarantee, or prediction of any particular outcome or level of success.
Polling and Signal Social Sentiment: Any polls, sentiment meters, consensus percentages, or other crowd‑sourced metrics displayed on the Service are based on user‑generated inputs, may be incomplete or biased, are not necessarily representative of all users or the general population, and do not constitute betting, financial, or investment advice.

9A. AI-Generated Content, Experimental Features & Data Sources

Some content on the Service is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and algorithmic models. These outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or inconsistent, and they are not individually reviewed or endorsed by a human analyst. You should not rely on any single prediction, output, or piece of content as the sole basis for any financial or betting decision.

Statistics, scores, odds, lines, and other data may be obtained from third-party data providers and public sources. Such information may be delayed, incorrect, or incomplete, and we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Odds and markets may change rapidly, and the information displayed on the Service may not match the odds or markets available from any third-party operator at the time you place a bet.

From time to time we may offer experimental, beta, or preview features. These features may change, break, or be removed without notice. You agree to use all AI-generated content, data, and experimental features at your own risk and to independently verify any information that is important to your decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signal Sport and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Without limiting the foregoing, we are not responsible for any actions or decisions of third-party sportsbooks, casinos, or betting operators, for any regulatory or legal action taken against you by authorities in your jurisdiction, or for any errors, delays, line changes, market closures, or other issues in third-party data, odds, or markets that you choose to rely on.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Signal Sport and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of the Agreements; or (c) your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Signal Sport agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be brought only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Class actions, class arbitrations, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other proceedings are not permitted.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the other Agreements referenced above, constitute the entire agreement between you and Signal Sport regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings.
