These Terms of Service (these "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Signal Sport ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the signal website located at signalsports.org (the "Site"), our mobile application (if applicable), and any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or related services (collectively, the "Services").
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, CLICKING "I AGREE," OR SUBSCRIBING TO ANY PLAN, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
ARBITRATION NOTICE: EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES DESCRIBED IN THE "ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER" SECTION BELOW, YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Signal Sport provides a sports analytics platform that offers data organization tools, statistical analysis, educational content, and community features ("Signal Social").
The content provided through the Services, including but not limited to statistical analysis, predictions, "picks," probability models, and user-generated content, is for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a financial institution, investment advisor, or gambling operator. Nothing contained in the Services constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any securities or other financial instruments, or to place any specific wager. You acknowledge that sports betting involves a high degree of risk and that you should never bet money you cannot afford to lose.
We do not accept, hold, or transmit funds for gambling. We do not place bets on your behalf. All betting activities you may choose to engage in are performed through third-party operators that are wholly independent of Signal Sport. You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of sports betting in your jurisdiction.
The Services are intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the full right, power, and authority to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete account information; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information; (c) maintain the security of your password; and (d) accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time. If we suspect that you have created an account using false information or are operating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, we may suspend or terminate your access without notice.
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription ("Subscription"). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method the applicable subscription fee (plus any applicable taxes) on a recurring basis until you cancel. The fee structure will be presented to you at the time of purchase.
Your Subscription will automatically renew for the same duration as your initial term (e.g., monthly or annually) unless you cancel your Subscription at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your billing cycle.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN OUR REFUND POLICY OR REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS.

You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation. In addition, you are prohibited from:
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date data. However, the data, scores, statistics, and odds displayed on the Services are obtained from third-party sources and may contain errors, delays, or omissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Decisions made based on information contained in the Services are your sole responsibility.
All content on the Services (excluding user-generated content) including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilation thereof, is the property of Signal Sport or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., sportsbooks). We are not responsible for the content, products, or services of such third parties. Accessing these links is at your own risk. You acknowledge that we may receive affiliate compensation from some third-party partners.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SIGNAL SPORT, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Signal Sport and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, or the use of the Services (collectively, "Disputes") regarding the Services shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You understand that by agreeing to this provision, you and Signal Sport are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
YOU AND SIGNAL SPORT AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and Signal Sport agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms and/or through a notice on the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the terms.
