At Signal Sport, we respect your privacy and are committed to handling your information responsibly. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, how it is shared, and the choices you have. It applies to all use of the Signal Sport Service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to comply with our legal obligations. This includes:
- Account Information: Email address, password, and basic profile details you provide when creating or updating an account.
- Profile & Signal Social Data: Display name, avatar, bio, and any other information you choose to make part of your profile. All posted content is associated with your account; we do not support anonymous posting on Signal Social features.
- Usage Data: Logs of your interactions with the Service (such as page views, buttons clicked, features used), device and browser information, IP address, approximate location based on IP, and timestamps of activity.
- Polls and Surveys: Responses and selections you provide when you participate in polls, surveys, or similar features on the Service.
- Transactional Data: Subscription status, plan type, billing history, and limited payment-related metadata (e.g., last four digits of card, card brand) as provided by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Support Communications: Messages you send to our support team, including any information you choose to include in those messages.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.
- To authenticate you when you log in and secure your account.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions, and communicate about billing.
- To operate Signal Social features, including displaying your username and profile in connection with your posts and interactions.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms or Signal Social Guidelines.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
- To communicate with you about changes to the Service, updates to policies, and important security or account notices.
- To create and display polls, surveys, and similar features, and to show aggregate or anonymized results to users. Poll and survey data are used for informational purposes only and are not intended to be relied upon as financial or betting advice.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how the Service is used. You can usually configure your browser to refuse cookies, but doing so may limit certain functionality.
We may also use analytics tools and similar technologies provided by third parties to help us understand how the Service is used, measure performance, and improve features. These providers may set their own cookies or similar identifiers when you visit our site. The use of such technologies by third parties is subject to their own privacy policies and is not covered by this Privacy Policy.
Your browser or device may offer settings to block or delete cookies or to send a "Do Not Track" signal. 4. How We Share Information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and restricted access to production systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. This may include retaining certain billing or usage records for a period after account closure for audit, security, or fraudâprevention purposes. When information is no longer needed, we will delete, deâidentify, or aggregate it where reasonably possible.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- You may update certain account and profile information directly within your account settings.
- You may unsubscribe from nonâessential marketing emails by using the "unsubscribe" link in those emails. We may still send important transactional or security notices.
- Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@signalsports.org. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
- If you close your account, we may retain certain information as described in the "Data Retention" section, but your profile will no longer be visible to other users.
8. International Users
Signal Sport is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers are located, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
