DMCA Policy
Last Updated: November 22, 2025
Signal Sport respects the intellectual property rights of creators and expects our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy describes how to submit notices of alleged copyright infringement and counter‑notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA").
1. Designated Agent
All DMCA notices and counter‑notices should be sent to our designated Copyright Agent:
Email: legal@signalsports.org
2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice that includes the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are involved, a representative list.
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing, with enough detail to allow us to locate it on the Service (such as specific URLs or screenshots).
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
3. Counter‑Notice Procedure
If we remove or disable access to content in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter‑notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal or disablement (for example, specific URLs).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in your district of residence (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Signal Sport may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or that person's agent.
4. Repeat Infringers and Account Consequences
We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. Consistent with our Terms of Service, account termination for infringement or abuse does not entitle the user to any refund or credit.
