Community Guidelines

Signal Sport is a community for serious sports bettors and fans to share intelligence, discuss strategies, and learn in a focused, accountable environment. To protect the integrity of the community and the Service, these guidelines apply to all user‑generated content and interactions.

1. Identity, Accountability & No Anonymous Posting

No Anonymous Posting: All posts, comments, messages, and shared bets must be associated with a registered Signal Sport account. We do not allow anonymous, "guest," or burner‑style posting for the purpose of avoiding accountability.
One Person, One Account: Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate conversations, or mislead others is prohibited.
Accurate Profile: Your display name and profile must not impersonate another person, brand, or entity, and must not misrepresent your experience or professional qualifications in a way that could mislead other users.

2. Respectful Conduct

Respect Others: Harassment, slurs, targeted insults, or degrading remarks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic are not tolerated.
No Threats or Harm: Threatening violence or encouraging self‑harm or harm to others is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate termination and potential reports to appropriate authorities.
No Trolling: Do not post merely to provoke, inflame, or derail productive discussion.

3. Content Standards

No Illegal Content: Do not share content that is illegal or that encourages unlawful activity, including sharing insider or non‑public information in violation of law or contract.
No Pornographic or Extreme Content: Explicit sexual content or graphic violence has no place on Signal Sport.
No Spam or Unapproved Promotions: Unsolicited advertising, multi‑level marketing, or linking to competing services without prior written approval is prohibited.
Respect Privacy: Do not share personal, identifying, or private information about others (doxxing), including real names, addresses, or financial details, without their explicit consent.

4. Betting, Selling Picks & Money‑Related Content

No Guaranteed Wins or "Locks": You may share opinions and analysis, but you may not advertise guaranteed outcomes, fixed matches, or risk‑free schemes.
No Selling Picks Without Approval: Using Signal Sport primarily as a platform to sell picks, tout services, or subscriptions requires our prior written permission. Unauthorized selling, soliciting, or off‑platform directing of users for paid picks is prohibited.
Responsible Tone: Content should not glorify reckless betting behavior or minimize the real risks of gambling. References to responsible gambling resources are encouraged.

5. Enforcement & Consequences

Signal Sport moderators and staff have full discretion to interpret and enforce these guidelines. Possible actions include, but are not limited to:

Warning or educational messages.
Editing or removing content.
Temporary or permanent removal of posting privileges.
Account suspension or permanent termination.

No refunds will be issued for any fees paid if your account is limited, suspended, or terminated for guideline violations or abuse of the Service. Enforcement decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of Signal Sport based on the information available at the time.

6. Reporting Violations

If you see content or behavior that you believe violates these Community Guidelines, please report it through in‑app tools (where available) or email us at support@signalsports.org. Include links, screenshots, and as much context as possible so we can review effectively. Submitting a report does not guarantee a specific outcome, but all good‑faith reports are reviewed.
